Information Collection and Use

Timinall saves date, time, volume and descriptions of events inserted by user or other users in the same user group. Each user group is private, and the content is protected by individual username and password. Timinall does not share any customer data with third party. The data is available for analyzing for authorized users only within the same user group where the data was inserted (group creator: managers, supervisors).

The purpose of collecting data is to save time and volume (pcs, m2, m, etc.) spent on completing specific assignment. The saved data enables users to analyze, estimate and calculate the volume of completed work, salaries, fees and other necessary aspects of completed assignments.

For safety and privacy purposes Timinall saves users usernames and passwords. For business customer account Timinall saves company name, address, contact person, e-mail, phone and billing information.

Erasing data

Inserted data is preserved until user or user group has valid license of Timinall app software. User group owner can request deleting all data at any time by contacting customer service: info@timinall.com

Log Data

Timinall collects log data about user activities in Timinall app and preserves that data within user account or user group account. Timinall does not collect log data outside of Timinall app in user device.

Location

We are asking for location data to track from where time records have been entered. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously on background or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
